Every company has work that gets done by hand every day and does not need anyone in particular: the same replies, quotes off the same template, documents to sort. That part can be automated. We start with one and see how it goes, before talking about the rest.
WHY US
AI is sold in a bundle these days, digital transformation included. We take it one piece at a time, and we tell you when it is not worth it.
AI offers usually arrive as a large project, with phases and a budget to match. We take one thing you do manually today and automate that. If it works, the second one follows. If it does not, you lost a conversation, not a year.
Plenty of work does not automate profitably: too few cases, too different from each other, or the cost of a mistake is too high. When we see that, we say so, even if it means we have nothing to sell you. We gain nothing from an assistant you switch off after two months.
We work on business accounts, where the provider is not allowed to learn from what you send, unlike free accounts. And if you hold data that must not leave the company at all, we can work with a model running on a server of yours.
Accounts are opened in your company name, not ours, and everything we build stays there. If you stop working with us, the assistant keeps running and someone else can take it over. You are not tied to us just to keep it alive.

Case by case, because there is a big difference between an assistant that only answers questions and one that goes into your software and does something there. On top of our work there is the monthly subscription to the AI itself, billed on usage. You get the quote after the first call, with the two listed separately, so you can see what stays with us and what goes to the provider.
On business accounts, no: there the provider is not allowed to train on what you send, unlike free accounts. If you hold data that must not leave the company at all, we can work with a model running on a server of yours. We settle which option makes sense for you before choosing anything.
That is not how we sell it. We automate the part nobody enjoys anyway: the same answer for the hundredth time, or paperwork to sort. What is left is the work you hired them for. If your plan is to let people go and put AI in their place, tell us up front, because then it is a different conversation.
It happens, which is why we do not let an assistant decide expensive things on its own. We keep it where a mistake is visible and fixable: replies that pass a person before they go out, or work you check anyway. Where a mistake cannot be undone, we do not put it.
Usually not. We look first at what you have: where email arrives, where you keep clients, where invoices come from. If something cannot be connected, we tell you before we start, not after.
It depends on what we automate and how tidy your current setup is. An assistant that answers from your documents is different work from one that goes into your software and writes there. You get a timeline after the first call, once we know exactly what we are taking on.
Then perhaps not with AI. It often turns out the thing that hurts is something else: badly chosen software, data kept in three places, or work being done for nothing. An IT audit looks at everything and tells you where it is worth starting.
