A report nobody can read helps nobody. Here is what we do differently.
An audit can conclude that everything needs replacing, and that tends to be the convenient conclusion for whoever writes it. With us, if what you have still works, that is what the report says. We change what holds you back, not what would suit us.
Most companies pay every month for things nobody uses any more: forgotten subscriptions, surplus licences, servers left running for nothing. That is the first money you get back, before you spend any more.
The report is written so you can read it yourself and put it in front of your partners, not so it looks impressive. If something genuinely needs a technical term, we explain it right there.
If you already have someone on IT, we are not there to take their place. We work with them, because they know things about your company we would take two weeks to find out. And they stay the one running the day to day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
It depends on how much has piled up. At a small company it takes a week or two, at a mid-sized one it can reach a month. We give you an estimate after the first conversation, once we know what we are covering.
It depends on the size of the infrastructure and on how much we cover. It can also be done on one area only, the part that hurts, rather than on everything. You get the quote after the first conversation, and the implementation is quoted separately, so you can take only the audit if that is what you want.
A list of everything we found and what we recommend, put in the order worth doing it in, with a cost for each step. We go through it together, so you are not left with a document nobody in the company can read.
If you want us to. You can take the plan and run it yourself, hand it to your team, or have us do it. You are not obliged to continue with us after the audit, and we do not ask you to decide before you see what we found.
We look at it enough to see whether anything is leaving you seriously exposed, and we tell you. A proper in-depth check is a different kind of work, though, and it has its own page, with the first review free.
