What clients ask us about social media

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many networks we keep and how many posts a month. You get a personalised quote in 1-2 working days, after we look at the pages you have today, free of charge.

Which networks do you work on?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. That does not mean you want all of them: we look at where your audience is and tell you which are worth being on. Two pages kept well beat five left to rot.

Do you film as well?

We do not film. We handle the graphics, the words and the posting. If you want video on your pages, the footage comes from you and we schedule it like any other post.

Do you reply to comments and messages too?

No. We build the pages and the posts. The conversations stay with you, because that is where people ask about prices, availability and details only you know. The posts bring the questions in, and you answer them the way you would on the phone anyway.

How do you work with what we have posted so far?

We start by looking at what you have published and what landed with your audience. We keep what works and change the rest. The first weeks are also about catching your tone, and from there the posts become more and more your brand's.

If I stop, do I lose my followers?

No. The pages and the community stay yours, on your accounts, which you can access at any time. What you lose is the rhythm of posting. If you want a break, it is better to lower the frequency than to stop altogether.
