Bookings on your own site, for a hotel, guesthouse or villa

Guests book directly with you, not through the platforms that keep a cut of every night. The calendar syncs with Booking.com, so you do not sell the same room twice.

There is no shortage of platforms to rent. These are the reasons you would take ours.

ANAF e-Invoicing, payments through BT and Netopia, waybills with FanCourier, DPD, Cargus and Sameday, invoices through SmartBill. These are not plugins bought on top of a foreign template, they are part of the platform.

We take no cut of what you sell

You pay the setup and the monthly subscription, and that is it. If you have a good month, the money stays with you and we invoice the same subscription. We do not earn from how much you sell, we earn from you staying · so our interest is that your business works.

We hold the code, so the answer comes from us

When something has to change, we do not file a ticket with a vendor in another country and wait for their next release. You talk to the people who wrote the platform.

We use them too, we do not just sell them

avemauto.ro and avemimobiliare.ro are our own marketplaces, running on MarketFit. When something goes wrong there, we are the ones it annoys first. That catches a different class of problem than a demo does.

From the first call to running every day

Four stages. You see the platform on a demo before any contract, and you sign only if you like what you see.

    You tell us what you sell

    first call

    How big the catalogue is, how you take payment, which couriers you use, what you have now and what gets in the way. We come out of it with a recommendation: which platform fits you.

  2. 02

    You see the demo, then we sign

    before the contract

    We set up a demo with a few products loaded and with your colours and your logo, so you can see how it looks to your customers rather than on a slide deck. The contract comes after, if you like what you see.

  3. 03

    We move what you have and go live

    after signing

    Import from what you use today, the links to payments, couriers and invoicing, then we show your team how to run it. We launch when you are ready.

  4. 04

    We stay on it

    for as long as we work together

    Hosting, backups, updates and support, included in the subscription. When the business needs something the platform does not do yet, we look together at whether and when it can be done.
