Bookings come straight to you

BookingApp is our platform for guesthouses, hotels and villas. It comes with the website your guest sees, so you are not building a site and a booking system separately. The booking lands straight with you, on your own domain, and the calendar stays in sync with Booking.com, Google Hotel Ads and Expedia. It is in beta: it works, but we open access a few at a time.

  • Comes with a site, on your domain
  • See a demo before any contract
  • No commission per booking

Where BookingApp is right now

We tell you straight what is ready and what is not

What works today
The guest site, bookings, rates, housekeeping, the restaurant, the events and the channel links. They are written and tested · this is what we run with the first properties coming in.
What we will not show you
We do not yet have a guesthouse that has run on BookingApp for a year, so we are not putting numbers from other people in front of you. We show you the product instead.
What it costs to find out
Nothing. We talk once, we put together a demo with your rooms and your rates, and only after that do we talk about a contract.
What stays yours
The domain, the data and the guest list. If we stop working together, you take the database and go.

What BookingApp includes

What it actually does

The guest site, reception, housekeeping, rates, the restaurant and the events · in one place, on your own domain.

The site your guest sees

It comes with the platform · if you have no site yet, you are not building one separately. You pick the theme, and the pages, the rooms, the menu and the events fill from the same admin. Eight languages: Romanian, English, Italian, Spanish, French, Hungarian, German and Greek.

The calendar and the bookings

You see every room over seven days or a month, with what is free, what is nearly full and what is taken. From there you make a booking, check someone in, or take in a guest who turned up unannounced.

Your guests, with their history

The guest list, with what they have booked so far and how to reach them. When someone comes back, you already know which room they had and what they asked for last time.

Rooms and what each one has

Room types and their amenities, written down once. That is what fills the pages your guest reads, and the filters they choose from.

Rates, rate plans and promotions

A peak rate and an off-season rate, different rate plans, a minimum number of nights and stay promotions. You change them yourself, from the admin, without calling us.

Extras added to the stay

An airport pickup, a romantic evening, a guided hike. You attach them to a room, to a guest or to the whole stay, and the guest ticks them off while booking.

Housekeeping

Every room carries a state: waiting, in progress, finished, inspected. Reception sees at a glance which room is ready for guests and which is not.

The restaurant, if you have one

A menu with a photo for every dish, a description and nutritional values, per 100 grams or per portion. Guests book a table online instead of ringing you.

Weddings, christenings, teambuilding

You build packages with what they include and your own price, and people book them straight from the site. The same place holds the calendar of what is happening at your property, with details and several ways to sign up.

Invoices and payments

The invoice goes out in one click, the payment sits next to the booking, and at the end of the month you have something to read: what came in, where the bookings came from, how the month went.

The emails that send themselves

New booking, cancellation, confirmation, a reminder before check-in. From the same place you send newsletters and campaigns to subscribers and to people who have stayed with you before.

Roles and permissions

Reception, the manager and the administrator do not see the same thing, and you decide from the admin what each of them can do. It stays written down who changed what and when.

Process

How we work with you in beta

From the first conversation to the moment bookings land on your own site.

  1. 01

    We talk about the property

How many rooms and what types, where your bookings come from now, and what you use today. That tells us what to set up and what to move across.

  2. 02

    We build you a demo

With your rooms, your rates and your logo. You look at what the guest sees and at what you see at reception, before you sign anything.

  3. 03

    Setup and launch

Rooms, rates, seasons, payments and the Booking.com link. If you have future bookings, we bring them across. We show your team how it works, and we go live with real guests.

  4. 04

    We keep going together

Hosting, monitoring, backups and support. Because you are among the first, what you report goes straight to the people writing the platform.

FAQ

What people ask us about BookingApp

I have no website. Do I need one first?

No. BookingApp comes with the site your guest sees: the pages, the rooms, the photos, the menu and the events, all filled from the same admin. You pick a theme and it goes on your own domain. If you already have a site, tell us at the first conversation what you want to happen to it.

How soon can I take bookings?

It depends on how many rooms and how many room types you have, and on what you bring over from what you use now. A small guesthouse is configured quickly; a hotel with many room types and seasonal rates takes longer. We give you a date after the first conversation, once we know what you have.

How much does it cost?

There is a payment at the start, for the setup and for how it looks, plus a monthly subscription covering hosting, updates and support. We take no commission per booking and you do not pay per room. You get the figures after the first conversation, once we know how many rooms you have and how you work.

Is the booking site on my own domain?

Yes, on your domain, with your name and your colours · the guest sees Fiber IT nowhere. The data and the guest list stay yours: if we stop working together, you leave with them.

Which channels does it sync with?

Booking.com, Google Hotel Ads and Expedia, through a Channel Manager, in both directions. When a booking comes in on a channel, the room closes in your calendar too; when it is taken on your own site, it closes there as well. Rates and availability live in one place.

How do I change rates by season?

You set a peak rate and an off-season rate, a different weekend rate and a minimum number of nights. You can also keep a lower rate for guests who cannot cancel, and one for people who book early. You change them yourself, from the admin.
