FiberShop · the e-commerce
platform built for Romania
The online store we wrote ourselves, for how selling works in Romania. The catalogue, the order, the payment, the parcel and the invoice sit in one place, and you do not buy a separate module for each of them.
- You do not buy modules separately
- ANAF e-Invoicing included
- No commission on sales
FiberShop · in production
The numbers that matter to you
Stores running on it right now
Of what you sell, taken by us
Payment and delivery methods, included
The invoice goes on its own
This is where you run the store, you and your people
Orders, products, money and campaigns sit in the same panel. You do not jump between programs or ask for help with every change.
-
See at a glance how the store is doing
How much you sold today and this week, how many orders are waiting, which products are running out. You do not open three pages to find out.
-
The orders, in a single list
Search by customer, by status or by courier. You make the waybill and the invoice from there, and you see where the parcel got to without opening the courier site.
-
The products, with their variants
Sizes, colours, bundles, categories and brands. You can bring them in from a file or straight from the supplier, instead of typing them in.
-
Discounts and campaigns, run by you
Coupons, discounts on a category or on the cart, email campaigns to your subscriber groups. You do not have to call us for each one.
-
The text for Google, drafted for you
For every product you get a description and a title already written. You leave them as they are or rewrite them, as you prefer.
-
Roles and permissions
You set what each person can do in the admin: one takes orders, another touches prices, another only looks. It stays on record who changed what, if you ever need to check.
-
The forms, built by you
Quote request, installation, partnership, sign-ups · you put them together from the admin, with the fields you need. You stop calling us for every new form.
The store, as the person buying sees it
They find things quickly, understand what they are buying and pay in few steps. Every extra step means people who leave the cart and go.
-
The front page, arranged by you
You move the sections, change the banner, pick which products sit at the top. Without calling us and without knowing any code.
-
Search that finds it even when it is mistyped
The customer types two letters and already sees the products. Even with a letter wrong, they still get there.
-
Filters on what matters in your shop
Price, brand, size, colour, in stock only. From a hundred products down to five, in two clicks.
-
A complete product page
Photos that zoom, colour and size variants, star reviews, questions, and the products that go with it.
-
Checkout on a single page
Card, cash on delivery or transfer, and they pick the courier right there. The fewer the steps, the fewer people leave the cart behind.
-
Built for the phone first
Most people buy from a phone, so that is where we started. The store can also be put on the home screen, like an app.
-
Online booking, if you also sell services
The customer picks the day and the hour from a calendar, for the type of service they want. They get the confirmation, you get the notice, and nothing happens over the phone any more.
What is already connected
The links to what you use anyway
Payment, couriers, the ANAF invoice and the feeds to Google and social are already inside. You do not buy modules or pay separate subscriptions for them.

FAQ
Common questions about FiberShop
How soon can I start selling?
It depends on how big the catalogue is and what you are starting from. An ordinary store goes up quickly; one with thousands of products, or with links to your stock software, takes longer. You get a timeline after the first call, once we know what you have.
How much does it cost?
There is a payment at the start, for the setup and for how the store looks, plus a monthly subscription covering hosting, updates and support. We take no cut of your sales and you do not buy separate modules. You get the figures after the first call, once we know which package fits.
Can I move the store I have now?
Yes. We bring over the products, the customers and the orders, and set redirects from the old addresses to the new ones so you do not lose your positions in Google. How much of that is in the package we settle up front, so it does not turn up on the invoice later.
Can I see how it looks before I decide?
Yes. We talk once to understand what you sell, then we prepare a demo with a few products loaded and with your logo and colours. You look at what your customers will see, and only after that do we talk about a contract.
What happens if the store grows a lot?
The platform is ours, so we add resources as the traffic climbs, without you moving the store elsewhere or rebuilding what you have. If a sudden jump is coming, tell us ahead and we prepare for it.
