These terms apply to the fiberit.ro website and describe what you can expect from it and what we expect from you. They are not a service contract: services are contracted separately, in writing, as described in section 4. By using the site you agree to what is written here.

The registered office is the company's legal address, not an office open to the public. We work online, and meetings are arranged in advance.
2. Using the site
The site is public and requires no account. You can read any page and contact us through the channels shown. Please do not use it for unlawful purposes, do not try to disrupt it (attacks, scanning, artificial load) and do not extract its content automatically without our consent.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, illustrations, structure and code of the site belong to SC FIBER IT SRL and are protected by copyright law. Client logos, screenshots of their sites and third-party trademarks (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and others) belong to their owners and appear on the site only as a reference to work delivered or to the platforms we work on.
You may quote short excerpts with a link to the page they come from. Copying or republishing content in full requires our written consent.
4. Services, quotes and contracts
The site presents our services, sells nothing online and shows no prices. The information on the service pages describes what we do and how we work and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The price, timeline and exact scope of the work are set in a written quote, after the first conversation. The engagement starts only after you have accepted the quote, and what is agreed there takes precedence over any text on the site.
Our services are designed for companies, institutions and professionals. If you nevertheless contract as a private individual, as a consumer, you have the rights provided by Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, including the right to withdraw within 14 days from a contract concluded at a distance, subject to the exceptions set by law (for example services fully performed with your express consent, or goods made to order). We state them explicitly in the quote and in the contract.
5. Blog content
Blog articles are informational and reflect the situation at the date of publication. Market prices, figures and recommendations in them are not offers and do not replace an analysis of your own case. If you make decisions based on them, you do so at your own risk.
6. Client platform
The sign-in and sign-up links on the site lead to app.fiberit.ro, our platform for clients. Access to it and its use are governed by the service contract and by the conditions shown in the platform, not by these terms.
7. Links to other sites
The site contains links to third-party sites and services: the client sites in our portfolio, our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, WhatsApp and the platforms we write about. We are not responsible for their content, rules or privacy practices. When you go there, their terms apply.
8. Availability and liability
The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare. We do what depends on us to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including towards consumers.
9. Personal data and cookies
Which personal data reaches us, why we use it and what rights you have is described in the Privacy Policy. What the site stores in your browser is described in the Cookie Policy. The site loads no analytics or advertising tools.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for the non-performance or delay of an obligation caused by events beyond our control: natural disasters, conflicts, decisions of public authorities, outages of networks or infrastructure providers.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above, and applies to the use of the site from publication. Changes do not alter contracts already signed.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement arises, write to us first: most are settled through a conversation. If not, the dispute is settled by the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, to the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR). If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the others remain in force.
