What clients ask us about equipment
How is this different from an online shop?
In a shop you choose on your own and hope you got it right. Here you first ask what suits you, get two or three options with the reasoning, and if you want it arrives configured and installed. The difference shows on the second purchase, when you do not have to replace what you bought the first time.
How much do the advice and the installation cost?
The conversation before buying is free. Installation, configuration and staff training are quoted based on how many workstations there are and how complicated it is to tie into what you have. You see them separately in the quote, before you order, so you can take only what you want.
Which brands do you work with?
Official partners: Dell (computers and servers), HP (computers and printers), TP-Link (networking), Samsung (monitors and phones), Apple (Mac and iPad), Bitdefender (security), Hikvision (video surveillance), Microsoft (licences). We source other brands on request.
Do you also supply security cameras or smart home equipment?
Yes. Alongside computers, laptops and network gear, we also source security cameras, video intercoms, smart doorbells, sensors and the rest of the kit for a smart home or office. You tell us what you want to be able to do, and we tell you what you need.
How long does delivery take?
What is in stock usually arrives within a day or two in Cluj and two to three days elsewhere in the country. Specially ordered configurations can take one to three weeks, depending on the supplier. The timeline is in the quote and we tell you if anything changes along the way.
Do you accept EU funds and PNRR?
Yes. We prepare the technical quote in the form the file requires, deliver on the approved schedule and give you the documents you need when reporting.
